Refund policy

Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

How to start a return: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.
